Wellsprings Health Associates is located at One East Erie (at State Street) in Chicago, and 4905 Old Orchard Center in Skokie. All care is provided by appointment only. To schedule an initial evaluation contact Wellsprings at 312-573-0900 or 847-675-0900 for our Skokie located. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, although some clinicians see clients/patients earlier or later.

Parking There is limited metered street parking at certain times of day in the area near Wellsprings. Discounted parking is available in the building parking lot (entrance on north side of Ontario just west of Wabash). An "Early Bird" parking rate is also available before 10:00 am at the public lot on the south side of Ontario between State and Dearborn. Directions Wellsprings is easily accessed by public transportation via the CTA Red Line. The Chicago exit is 3 blocks north of 1 E. Erie, the Grand exit 3 blocks to the south. |
